How we install
- Layout and locates. Property line confirmed against your plat, utilities marked before a single hole. If the line is genuinely uncertain, we'll say so and point you to a surveyor rather than guess with your neighbor's goodwill.
- Posts, the long way. Minimum 24" deep in clay, deeper at gates and corners, concrete mixed wet and crowned to shed water. Ground-contact-rated posts on every wood build.
- Build to the terrain. North Alabama yards roll. We rack or step the fence to follow grade cleanly instead of leaving dog-sized gaps at the low spots.
- Gates that keep working. Gates fail first on most fences, so ours get the heaviest posts, adjustable hardware, and a sag-proof brace as standard.
- The walkthrough. Latches, stain guidance for wood, warranty terms in plain English, and the yard raked out.
Subdivision or acreage — say which
The quote conversation forks fast here. In Madison, Harvest, and the newer Huntsville subdivisions, it's HOA specs, shared-fence etiquette with the neighbors, and matching the street's look.
